Finca Luna Nueva is a living classroom equipped with hundreds of species of fruit, vegetable, and medicinal plants, sheep, goats, buffalo, cattle, poultry and pigs, extensive biodynamic composting facilities, classroom space, mandala garden, library, and an extensive list of prestigious guest speakers.

This is a broad course on the art of sustainable living and includes a focus on food production, construction, meditation, culinary arts, community, music and philosophy. Bliss Retreat — Costa Rica

Join us for a rejuvenating and blissful week in the luscious Costa Rican Rainforest. You will experience a joyful week filled with classes of organic raw food cuisine, all levels of yoga, Zen meditation, holistic skin care, aromatherapy, trance dance, herbal walks, rainforest hikes and so much more.

Karmen Plasencia is a certified Yoga instructor and director of Synergy Center of Yoga and the Healing arts.

Sheryn Abalos is the former owner of Naked Earth Natural Foods Restaurant on Miami Beach. She is the resident Live-food and Vegan Chef for Whole Foods Miami.

Jessica Yu is a trained massage therapist, intuitive body worker and holistic aesthetician in the Miami area.

Inga Ambrosia is a dj and music producer of ambient, meditative and conscious transcendental music. She runs a month long vegan boot camp.
