We will reply to your request VIA EMAIL within 24 hours to let you know if we have space available. If we do not respond within 24 hours, we either did not get your email or there is a possibility your email address is incorrect.

Payment Policy
In order to secure your room we require you to provide
credit information via our authorization form which will be included
in an email response to your reservation request. Our secure fax
number is 011.506.2468.0864. We will not charge your credit card
until the last day of your stay unless you cancel your reservation
(please see cancellation policy below). At the time of payment
we can accept cash, visa, or mastercard. No personal or traveler's
checks please.
Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel your reservation,
please give us at least 11
days notice. For cancellations
received 3-10 days prior to
the first day of your reservation
you will be charged 50% of your total bill. For cancellations
received within 48 hours of
your first day you will be
charged 100% of your total
bill. For cancellations more than 10 days out your card will not
be charged. |
