Winter is a time of deep stillness and inner reflection. We can use winter’s introspective energy to gain clarity and insight to achieve spiritual growth and understanding. Willpower and determination are required to look deep into the darkness of this season to face our deepest fears, discover our hidden realms, and unlock our unconscious minds. In this week long retreat we will practice daily meditation and use specifically tailored yoga practices and sequences to create inner-strength, tranquility, focus and contemplation during this powerful time of year.

Costa Rica Yoga Alignment Retreat

As we address body alignment through different approaches to yoga, (ayurvedic, the chakras, shamanic energy concepts, crystals, etc.), we take the alignment concept beyond our physical beings and connect with the heavens and cosmos through the exploration of astrological concepts and celestial bodies. Ten Healing Herbs — Herbal Dynamics and Wisdom of Plants

The Herbal Dynamics Workshop will acquaint you intimately with the herbs that Rudolph Steiner used in his preparations. They are simple, safe, and promote healing and well-being. We will visit and communicate with the plants and meditate on their gifts and Wisdom. At this intensely practical workshop, you will learn to make simple and effective remedies such as extracts, oils, salves, healing vinegars, and compresses for everyday use.
