Costa Rica Yoga Alignment Retreat

As we address body alignment through different approaches to yoga, (ayurvedic, the chakras, shamanic energy concepts, crystals, etc.), we take the alignment concept beyond our physical beings and connect with the heavens and cosmos through the exploration of astrological concepts and celestial bodies. We will build our foundation and feel rooted to Mother Earth and seal in our work by learning the secrets of one of the planet’s most biodiverse habitats: Luna Nueva, a private rainforest reserve. Luna Nueva is an organic, biodynamic herbal estate, providing ecotourism and harmony in the rainforest of Costa Rica while demonstrating a tropical example of sustainable living. A spring-fed pool and hot tub heated by the sun will soothe your senses as you transform yourself through easy healing yoga. We provide all-organic, vegetarian meals created from Luna Nueva's own fruit and vegetable gardens.

Costa Rica Service & Adventure Program
Share in an exciting and unique travel & service opportunity to Costa Rica with the CREER Service Organization and Jubilee!. You will experience the authentic rich culture of Costa Rica while doing work to support the people, communities, and the preservation of the land and the environment. Throughout the program you will have an unforgettable experience, full of adventures through the Costa Rica landscape, connections with the local people, and outreach work. During the program we will participate in several service projects including: tree planting, work on the local school, work on a local library, care for the endangered sea turtles, beach cleanup, and the opportunity to share your individual gifts with the local villagers (ie. art, music, dance, sports). Our programs will be 2 rural villages of Costa Rica. Site #1 will be in a small village in the mountainous region near the Arenal Volcano. Site #2 will be located at the beach village of Matapalo in the central pacific region of Costa Rica.
