Chocolate Yoga Retreat: Open your heart to joy, pleasure, and health.

Join us on this journey of connecting with the energy of the cacao plant with the guidance of certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor: Verónica Flores.
This can be a solo journey or shared with a friend or family member.
Itinerary
Day 1.
We will meet you at the airport and take you to Finca Luna Nueva Lodge.
Today you will be able to explore our hotel grounds, enjoy a fresh farm-to-table Dinner, and have a relaxing night’s sleep in the rainforest.
Day 2.
As the sound of birds awaken you, a beautiful breakfast featuring our farms produce will be waiting for you at the restaurant.
An orientation session will be held to talk about the week schedule and also walk the hotel / farm grounds.
We will meet you again at the restaurant for a fresh organic lunch. After that we will end the afternoon with a special yoga session to tune into our bodies.
After your session, enjoy free time in the afternoon to take a walk, swim in the pool, or relax in our solar-heated Jacuzzi.
Happy Hour will be exclusively available for you and your friends from 5pm to 6pm before dinner.
Day 3.
We will start the day with a Stability and Strength Yoga Session.
After breakfast, you will enjoy a farm tour focused on the importance of cacao plants in our syntropic farm. You will also experience the farm-to-table process at Finca Luna Nueva Lodge.
After lunch we will introduce chocolate as a heart opening medicine.
We will end this magical day with a special Cacao Meditation.
Day 4.
We will meet for a yoga session to start the day. After breakfast, you will enjoy a tailored Organic Chocolate Tour. Our guide will share with you the history of Cacao while preparing the most delicious hot cocoa. But that’s not all, for at the end of the tour you can consider yourself a chocolatier when you prepare the chocolate bars with your favorite toppings.
Enjoy lunch and then prepare for a special chocolate body wrap session. With a soothing minifacial and exfoliation massage.
Day 5.
To add more adventure to your chocolate journey, we will take this fruit of the gods with us to the Arenal Lake for a Stand Up Paddle Yoga Session.
After lunch in town we will visit a local chocolate store and some souvenir shopping.
We will end this day with a hotsprings experience.
Day 6.
To continue with the relaxation process, we will start the day with a walking meditation in our rainforest mysteries trail.
A mid morning restorative yoga session and a free afternoon to rest.
Day 7.
A free morning to sleep-in on your last day at the lodge. Enjoy exploring the grounds or just relaxing by the pool.
We will have an afternoon session to enjoy a workshop using chocolate with small DIY crafts you can take home with you.
We will finish this lovely journey with a Ceremony of Celebration and Gratitude.
Day 8.
Fly home with many precious memories.
