Reservation Policies
- All reservations, modifications and cancelations must be sent by e-mail ([email protected])
- All reservations must contain name of client, check in date, check out date, the number of nights, number of people, and specification of the type of room.
- Check out time is 12:00 noon and check-in time is 2:00 p.m. However, Finca Luna Nueva will make best efforts to accommodate guests prior to the official check-in or after the official check out time when requested, and subject to availability.
- Please note special dietary requirements, such as food allergies, vegetarian, or vegan.
Children
- Children under 5 years old sharing with parents are free of charge.
- Children between 6-12 years pay $10+tax per night.
- Children older than 12 years are received as adults.
Cancellation Policy
Holiday Season
- All reservations must be prepaid 100 % once the reservation has been received and accepted in our office, no refunds. You will be notified of acceptance after office review.
High Season
- Free cancellation/modification until noon, 60 days prior to arrival. A penalty of the entire stay including tax will be charged for late cancellation/modification, no-show and early departure.
Low Season
- Free cancellation/modification until noon, 30 days prior to arrival. A penalty of the entire stay including tax will be charged for late cancellation/modification, no-show and early departure.
