Uses five styles of long, flowing strokes to massage. The five basic strokes are effleurage (sliding or gliding), petrissage (kneading), tapotement (rhythmic tapping), friction (cross fiber) and vibration/shaking.  Therapist uses entire hands and the pressure is very light.


Deeper pressure. Therapist also uses knuckles and bony parts of hand. This style is for deeper relaxation of muscle tissue. This style is a combination soft relaxing pressure on the front of the body and deeper pressure on the back and legs.


Designed to relieve tension in the muscle and the connective tissue or fascia. Therapist uses knuckles and elbows to get to the deepest level of muscle fibers.


Aromatherapy uses volatile plant materials, known as essential oils, and other aromatic compounds for the purpose of influencing a person’s mood, cognitive function,  or health.

Aromatherapy includes a combination of medium massage on the back of the body and soft relaxing massage on the front of the body. Six different essential oils of client’s choosing are placed on the chakra points.


With Craniosacral Therapy,  the therapist places her hands on the patient’s head in order to tune into what is called the craniosacral rhythm.  This uses very gentle and subtle manipulation to help alleviate mental and physical stress.


Cupping therapy is one of the oldest natural healing therapies in the world and was a very popular therapy for more than 2500 years. Cupping therapy was used by all civilizations around the world, including the Ancient Egyptians, Greeks and Chinese. It is one of the cornerstones of Traditional Chinese Medicine.


This is a combination of the therapist walking on the client’s back, buttocks, and legs and a relaxing massage on the front.


Hot stone massage is a specialty massage in which the therapist uses smooth, heated stones to relax and work the muscles. Rocks are used by the therapist as an extension of her own hands. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and can help warm up tight muscles.


Acupuncture is an ancient healing method working with body, mind, and spirit. Acupuncture is believed to balance the body and speed up natural healing tendencies. Tiny thin metallic needles are placed in different parts of the body to promote balance. They stay in the body about 20 minutes. They are sterile and only used one time.


Reiki is the art of therapeutic energy manipulation developed in the early 1900’s by Mikao Usui in Japan. Reiki comes from the two Japanese words Rei and Ki, meaning Universal Life Force Energy. Hands are placed on various areas of the body and the experience varies from a sensation of heat to a tingling or vibrating feeling. This promotes balance and deep relaxation to the body , mind and spirit.
