Farm to Table Organic Meals

Our restaurant is farm to table, which means that we prioritize using the food that is grown on our farm and other organic local farms.

We are committed to source most of our ingredients directly from small scale farms around the area, rather than through big distribution companies.

We base our recipes according to the harvest of the day and seasonal ingredients. To honor our philosophy, we offer buffet style meals and/or special farm to table meals with the produce of the day. Hence, everyday you will find something different on our menu, inspired by nature and its harvest.
We want to please our guests with the freshest meals staying true to our sourcing methods and supporting our community. It’s probably the most complex part of our logistics but we are passionate and excited to fulfill our mission.
Thank you all for being a part of this.

What others are saying

We are so grateful to this extraordinary place for giving us a home for our students that truly demonstrates the most meaningful aspects of the work we do. The people at Finca Luna are stewards of the land, and kind, generous, and friendly hosts. The surroundings are beautiful, the accommodations super comfortable, and the food delicious. No doubt you could find a retreat center that's a little fancier, but you won't find any place that has more heart and soul. If you are running a retreat at Finca Luna, you will be supported with kindness and patience every step of the way. Go!

—  Linda Sparrowe and Susan Kraft

The best decision I ever made was to host a retreat at Finca Luna Nueva Lodge. This living and breathing classroom, Immersed in a pristine rainforest, is an ode to living the way nature intended, only better.

Our group shared many magical moments in the jungle yoga pavilion, soaking up panoramic views punctuated by morpho butterflies, exotic birds and sloths.

The warm and welcoming staff served our every need. Every meal is delicious, organic and grown on the finca. Other than a nearby visit to soak in Tabacon Hot Springs, we never wanted to leave the property. The group is already spreading the word about next year's retreat.
